High Cheese at Vivace | A Savoury Twist on a Classic Tradition

Love a traditional High Tea? So do we. But sometimes it's fun to venture beyond the sweet stuff. Introducing High Cheese, Vivace's deliciously savoury take on the classic afternoon experience. Created for those who head straight for the cheeseboard, High Cheese celebrates exceptional cheeses, thoughtfully paired accompaniments, and a leisurely weekend spent enjoying good food and great company. Served in the art-deco surrounds of Hotel DeBrett, it's a fresh take on a much-loved tradition, while still honouring everything people love about gathering around the table.

A carefully curated selection of premium cheeses, savoury bites, scones, tartlets, house-made accompaniments, and seasonal additions chosen by our culinary team.
